Clean hotel with especially helpful staff and marvellous location near the centre as well as taxis. Relatively cheap breakfast, plenty of meals.

The location of the hotel was central, adjacent to taxis and buses, buses, and the main plaza. It also was close to the festival. We got a room with a bathtub.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on what to do in the city. They even let us check in early without any additional cost, which was much appreciated after a long night of travel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stopover. The location was very centric, within walking distance to the main plaza and close to the festival. The bed was really comfortable and the price was affordable. There was nothing we didn't like.

I recently stayed at Juanambu in a basic, but bright and comfortable room. The bed was cozy and the room was quiet, allowing me to sleep well. The hot water in the shower was great and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of options nearby for food and shopping, and it's only a short walk to Plaza de Narino. I would highly recommend Juanambu and would happily stay there again.
